1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

Term	Meaning
"Platform" / "jus4d"	The online betting and gaming services operated under the brand name jus4d, accessible at https://jus4d.ws and any associated mobile or application interfaces.
"Member" / "You"	Any individual who has registered a jus4d account and is bound by these Terms & Conditions.
"Account"	The personal account created by a Member upon registration, used to access all jus4d services, manage funds, and place wagers.
"Balance"	The total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
"Bonus Funds"	Promotional credits, free bets, or matching funds awarded by jus4d subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
"Wager" / "Bet"	Any stake placed by a Member on a sportsbook market, casino game, slot title, or any other gaming product available on the Platform.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jus4d before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary by the Platform.
"IDR" / "Rp"	Indonesian Rupiah — the sole currency in which jus4d accounts are denominated and in which all transactions are processed.
"Prohibited Activity"	Any action listed in Clause 8 of these Terms & Conditions that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.
"Force Majeure"	Any event beyond jus4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.

2 Eligibility

2.1 To register and maintain a jus4d account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. jus4d strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of placing any wager or conducting any transaction on the Platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing wagers or managing funds.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of jus4d or any of its affiliated studio or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or self-exclusion agreement that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.

2.2 jus4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) calendar days of request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3 If you are uncertain whether gambling is lawful in your specific jurisdiction, you are solely responsible for seeking independent legal advice before registering. jus4d does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any particular location.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) jus4d account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian identity number (NIK from your KTP), and active contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. jus4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify jus4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account credentials must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3.5 jus4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, and to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where it believes the account holder has provided false information or is in breach of these terms.

3.6 KYC Verification. jus4d may require you to submit identity documents — including a government-issued photo ID (KTP), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM). Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal act and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Deposits

4.1 All deposits to your jus4d account are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). jus4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies.

4.2 The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

4.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account holder's name differs from the jus4d account holder's name — are prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable bank transfer fees, at jus4d's discretion.

4.4 Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.5 Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by jus4d's payment processing system. While most deposits are credited within minutes, jus4d does not guarantee real-time crediting for all payment methods. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the operating hours and clearing systems of the relevant Indonesian bank.

4.6 jus4d does not charge platform fees on deposits. Third-party fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

4.7 Deposits are made for the purpose of genuine gaming activity. jus4d reserves the right to investigate and freeze accounts where deposit and withdrawal patterns suggest use of the Platform for purposes other than gaming, including but not limited to money laundering or payment processing.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same legal name as your jus4d account. jus4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.2 KYC verification (Clause 3.6) must be successfully completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at jus4d's discretion.

5.3 jus4d targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for standard requests submitted during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), or where additional verification is required. The five-minute target is a performance standard, not a contractual guarantee.

5.4 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the cashier page. High-value withdrawals may require additional verification and senior approval.

5.5 Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements (Clause 6) cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balance that has met all applicable conditions is eligible for withdrawal.

5.6 jus4d reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where: (a) the account is under investigation for a suspected breach of these terms; (b) the KYC process has not been completed; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending on any deposit to the account; or (d) jus4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

5.7 jus4d does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. Third-party fees charged by receiving banks or e-wallet providers are your sole responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 jus4d may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback programs, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of no less than the amount stated in the promotion terms before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.

6.3 Bonus funds and real-money funds are maintained in separate ledgers within your account. When both are present, real-money funds are used first for wagers unless the Platform's interface specifies otherwise.

6.4 jus4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and are in active use.

6.5 Promotional bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other Members to exploit bonus structures through reciprocal or low-risk wagering.
• Using a bonus to place offsetting or arbitrage wagers that effectively eliminate betting risk.
• Any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine recreational gambling.

6.6 Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural and public holidays — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — are subject to availability and may be offered to eligible members only. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 All wagers placed on jus4d's sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules published on the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and market-specific rules, market-specific rules take precedence.

7.2 jus4d reserves the right to void any wager, in whole or in part, where: (a) a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (b) a bet has been placed after an event has already concluded; (c) there is evidence of irregular or suspicious wagering activity on a particular market; or (d) the outcome of the event is affected by circumstances that render settlement under normal rules impractical.

7.3 All casino games and slot titles available on jus4d are supplied by independently certified international studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. jus4d does not operate its own in-house RNG games and does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.4 In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or a slot spin, the outcome of the round in progress will be settled according to the game server's recorded result. jus4d is not liable for wagers lost due to disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

7.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and may vary by sport, market, game type, and Member account tier. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface.

7.6 Winnings from settled wagers are credited to your account balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) within the timeframe specified for the relevant product. Sportsbook winnings are typically settled within minutes of event conclusion; casino and slot winnings are credited immediately upon game round completion.

8 Prohibited Activities

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jus4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or maintaining more than one account.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in any manner not sanctioned by jus4d.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game or sporting event outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or latency in live data feeds to obtain an unfair betting advantage.
• Systematic arbitrage betting across jus4d and other platforms to guarantee risk-free profits at jus4d's expense.
• Facilitating, assisting, or encouraging any other person to engage in any of the above activities.
• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism.

8.2 jus4d employs automated monitoring systems and human review teams to detect prohibited activities. Detection does not require admission; jus4d may act on reasonable suspicion supported by betting pattern analysis, IP data, device fingerprinting, or other technical indicators.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 jus4d may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The Member has breached, or is reasonably suspected of breaching, any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• jus4d is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.
• The Member has requested self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gaming framework.
• The account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months with a zero balance.

9.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, jus4d reserves the right to void all pending wagers and withhold any balance pending investigation. If investigation confirms a material breach, jus4d may forfeit the account balance in its entirety.

9.3 Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus fund obligations) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

9.4 Members who have self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming program may not reopen their account or register a new account during the self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 The jus4d Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jus4d makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jus4d's total liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 jus4d shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events, including failures in third-party payment infrastructure, internet outages, or actions of governmental or regulatory authorities.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.
• Technical failures on your device, browser, or internet connection that affect your ability to place or manage wagers.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jus4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 jus4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 jus4d may share Member data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, game studios, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud or money laundering.

11.3 jus4d does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Communications from jus4d to Members will be limited to account-related notifications, promotional materials (where consent has been given), and regulatory disclosures.

11.4 Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Requests for deletion will be processed in accordance with applicable data retention obligations, which may require jus4d to retain certain records for a period of up to five (5) years after account closure.

12 Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the jus4d Platform — including but not limited to the jus4d brand name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, software code, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of jus4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gambling purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or republish any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any portion of the Platform's software; or use jus4d's branding or trademarks without prior written consent.

12.3 Game content supplied by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to jus4d for display on the Platform. Members may not record, stream, broadcast, or commercially exploit game content without the express written permission of the relevant studio rights holder.

13 Amendments

13.1 jus4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the email address registered to their account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice where practicable.

13.2 Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made with immediate effect and without prior notification.

13.3 Your continued use of the jus4d Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

13.4 The version of these Terms & Conditions currently in force is the version published on this page. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

14 Governing Law

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jus4d holds its international gaming license. jus4d operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and is regulated by the licensing authority of that jurisdiction.

14.2 jus4d acknowledges that its primary membership base consists of individuals residing in Indonesia. Indonesian Members access the Platform on a personal basis. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions constitutes legal advice regarding the status of online gambling under Indonesian law; Members are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.

14.3 Any dispute between a Member and jus4d that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation shall first be submitted to the customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.

14.4 Members retain the right to escalate unresolved complaints to the independent dispute resolution body designated by jus4d's licensing authority. Details of this body are available upon request from the jus4d support team.
